Abstract
[Objective]To observe the effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Qingzao decoction plus mecobalamin.[Method]68 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, based on the basic treatment in the control group only received oral Mecobalamin, treatment group to Qingzao decoction plus mecobalamin treatment. Both groups were observed after 8 weeks treatment.[Results]Treatment group and control group before and after comparison, the median nerve, peroneal nerve motor conduction velocity(MCV),sensory conduction velocity(SCV) and latency(Lat),the differences were significant(P 0.01,P0.05).Treatment group and control group after treatment, median nerve, peroneal nerve MCV,SCV and latency(Lat) comparison, the differences were significant(P 0.01,P 0.05).Clinical efficacy of the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was significant(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Qingzao decoction plus mecobalamin treating DPN has a good clinical effect.
