Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of prophylactic treatment regimen in treatment of primary pulmonary tuberculosis, and to provide theoretical basis for looking for the effective therapy. Methods 86 patients with previously untreated tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given standard chemotherapy and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment. The observation group was given glutathione hormone based on the control group treatment. After two months, the treatment effect, the incidence of liver damage, adverse reactions, immune function and liver function of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group(83.72%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.12%).The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The incidence of severe liver damage and liver damage rate of observation group were 2.33% and 20.93%,which were lower than that of the control group(13.95%,41.68%).The differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,ALT,AST and TBIL of observation group were lower than that of the control group(P0.05).CD+3,CD+4and CD+4/CD+8of observation group were significantly increased.CD+8of observation group significantly reduced. Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid combined treatment tuberculosis treated first is safe and effective, which improve the immune function of patients and reduce the incidence of liver damage.
