Abstract
Objective To investigate the Orazamide impact in the anti-tuberculosis treatment for clinical treatment guidance and basis. Methods In our hospital,60 patients with previously untreated TB patients in the study object. Were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,30 cases in each. The control group were treated with 2HRZE(S) / 4HR program for anti-TB treatment observation group on the basis of the control group of anti-TB treatment Orazamide 0.2g orally.Observe and compare the two groups of patients with liver dysfunction. Results The observation group liver function injury incidence rate was 6.7%,lower than the 23.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Two groups compare of patients with alanine aminotransferase enzyme after treatment(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL) level, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Observation group found no serious adverse reactions associated with the Ola Mitter clinic. Conclusion Newly diagnosed tuberculosis patients in the anti-TB treatment while Orazamide, can reduce the occurrence of liver injury.
