Research of Health Information Construction Based on Family Doctor Institution in Ningbo Jiangdong District

The family doctor institution is the key job of community health services in Ningbo City during the 12th five-year plan.Informatization can improve the efficiency of family doctor health services,and also relieve the difficulty of residents in getting medical services.This paper is to establish five systems focusing on the system of establishing health information collection,management and application;the system of basic medical and public health services;the cooperative medical system;the system of health management decision-making;and the system of public health administration,so that it can strength the sharing of data resource among different organizations,advance the classification of health records and the relationship among different types,make the information construction of regional health system more scientific,and improve the efficiency and quality of family doctor services based on informatization.
