The institutional design to establish the regional medical association in Changning District,Shanghai

To explore the establishment of regional medical association is the foundation to achieve the family doctor contracted service reform,and one of the critical steps to establish an orderly and effective medical system. The reforms of Community Health Service and the family doctor system create good conditions of establishment of regional medical association in Changning District,Shanghai. Centering on the objectives and requirements of the overall health system reform,combined with the experimental work of family doctor system,Changning District has initiated the relevant explorations from the following aspects,such as hierarchical treatment,telemedicine,intensification inspection,information technology,personnel training and skills enhancement. With these exploration,Changning District has built a regional medical association,established a regional collaborative health service system,and carried out medical collaboration service.
