Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Yuegan capsule on CCl4-intoxicated primary cultured rat hepatocytes. Methods:Hepatocytes injury models were induced by CCl4 in rats in vitro, and treated with Yuegan capsule.Effect of SDH,ACPase,G-6-Pase activeties and amount of hepatic glycogen were observed. Results:The Yuegan capsule increased the activity of SDH,G-6-Pase and the amount of hepatic glycogen(P0.001),and restrain the activety of ACPase(P0.001).Conclusion:Yuegan capsule had protective effects on CCl4-induced injury of primary cultured rat hepatocytes.
