Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Yuegan Capsule on CCl_4-intoxicated primary cultured rat hepatocytes.MethodsHepatocytes injury models were induced by CCl_4 in rats in vitro,and treated with Yuegan capsule.Structure of rat hepatocytes and effect of SDH、ACPase、G-6-Pase activeties and amount of hepatic glycogen were observed.ResultsThe Yuegan Capsule increased the activity of SDH,G-6-Pase and the amount of hepatic glycogen,and restrain the activity of ACPase,and could improve the changes of rat hepatocytes structure.ConclusionYuegan capsule has protective effects on CCl_4-induced injury of primary cultured rat hepatocytes.
