Abstract

Objective To explore the comparison of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 103 pregnant women who were by routine diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were randomized to transabdominal ultrasound group(53 cases) and transvaginal ultrasound group(50 cases) from May 2013 to May 2014, the effect of early diagnosis of the two methods were compared. Results In the detecting of unruptured ectopic pregnancy and ruptured ectopic pregnancy, the detection rate of abdominal ultrasound were 37.04% and 30.77%,the detection rate of transvaginal were 73.08% and79.17%,P 0.05;In the detection rate of mass, false intrauterine gestational sac, yolk sac, fetal and germ, vaginal detection were higher than abdominal detection,P0.05. Conclusion Compared with abdominal doppler ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound detection has a good effect, have the advantage in detection rate.
