Abstract
Objective To compare the diagnostic values of transvaginal and abdominal color doppler ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy. Methods The diagnosis rates of ectopic pregnancy were compared between by using transvaginal and abdominal color doppler ultrasound. Results The diagnostic rates of transvaginal and abdominal color doppler ultrasound were 91.67% and 79.17% in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with significant difference(χ2=13.1525,P0.05).Conclusion The transvaginal color doppler ultrasound is better than abdominal color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, which should be suggested in clinical experience.
