Abstract

Objective To evaluate transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 92 cases of ectopic pregnancy by abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound results compared with the results of the control operation.Results The ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound examination was significantly higher than abdominal ultrasonography.Conclusion Two-dimensional echocardiography combined with transvaginal ultrasound abdominal can timely and accurately diagnoze ectopic pregnancy,in order to guide the clinical timely treatment.
