Abstract
Objective Propofol single anesthesia and propofol, fentanyl combined anesthesia anesthetic analgesies used in first pregnancy artificial abortion were studied. Methods 200 patients of first pregnancy with no drug abused history, systematic disease and anaesthetic allergic history were randomly and equally devided into 2 groups. Group A:single propofol i.v. Group B:fentanyl compatible with propofol i.v. Two group's Antalgic effect, security and side effect were assessed. Results 1.There were no difference between 2 groups in average depart time (p0.05) 2.The dosage of propofol in group B were decreased significantly compared with that in group A (p 0.01)3.The recovery process in group B were slightly delayed compared with that in group A (p0.05).Conclusions Fentanyl may enhance the antalgic effect of propofol and effectively ease the enlarge-cervical ache without additional side effect.
