Clinical Observation on Effect of Propofol Combined with Fentanyl in Abortion

Objective To discuss the clinical results of propofol combined with fentanyl being used in abortion.Methods Collect 430 early pregnancy patients needing abortion, according to the principle of voluntary, 110 patients were divided into A group without anesthesia measures; 120 patients were divided into B group by using propofol, 200 patients were divided into C group by using propofol and fentanyl, comparing of analgesic effect, relaxation degree of cervical, vaginal blood loss and the incidence of abortion syndrome.Results Comparing of each group's analgesic effect, relaxation degree of cervical, vaginal blood loss and the incidence of abortion syndrome, A group and B group has a very significant statistical difference(P0.01); B group and C group has a significant statistical difference(P0.05), C group was the best, B was the better, A group was the worst.Conclusion Propofol combined with fentanyl being used in abortion was good at clinical results and security, it was worthy of being promoted widely.
