Abstract

Objective To evaluate the immunogenicity of one dose of 60μg/1.0ml recombinant yeast derived hepatitis B vaccine(saccharomyces cerevisiae) among health population older than 16 years,so as to improve the immunization strategy for rapid hepatitis B antibody producing in hepatitis B prevention in Chinese populaton. Methods One dose of 60μg/1.0ml recombinant yeast derived hepatitis B vaccine(saccharomyces cerevisiae) was voluntarily inoculated among health population older than 16 years who had history of hepatitis B vaccination or not.A total of 96 immunized subjects were randomly selected to collect sera before immunization and 1 month after immunization.Anti-HBs titers were determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA).The positive seroconversion rates of anti-HBs before and after immunization were calculated. Results After immunization, for all of the research objects, the percent of the subjects with anti-HBs increase by 4 folds and with positive seroconversion rate reaching the protection level was 93.8%,and for 42 subjects whose anti-HBs was negative before immunization, the percentage was 85.7%.88.5% of the subjects had anti-HBs≥10 mIU/ml after immunization. Conclusions One dose of 60μg/1.0ml recombinant yeast derived hepatitis B vaccine(saccharomyces cerevisiae) has good immunogenicity among health population older than 16 years.
