Abstract

The popularity and development of track and field campaign in colleges and universities together with the improvement of the students' diatheses are closely integrated with track and field teaching.The common colleges and universities should pay much attention to track and field teaching in sports classes.The students can choose favorite sports subjects,so that the track and field teaching system must cast off the tie of technical education,try to establish a P.E. idea that health is the first and build up the new course-system as well,so that it can serve the life-long education.
