Abstract

Through the study about the present situation of track and field teaching in the average colleges and universities,we analyze the reasons for which our track and field teaching is facing with trouble.They are mainly that the college students are lake of the value recognition of track and field sports;that the traditional teaching patterns make track and field teaching dull,make the students be tired of learning.We also give some advice about the reform of the present situation of track and field teaching in the average colleges and universities.
