Abstract

Objective To evalnate the changes of PAC-1,CD 62P,CD 41a and CD 42b on platelets in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Flowcytometry was used to investigate the difference of platelet surface membrane glycoproteins PAC-1,CD 62P,CD 41a and CD 42b.expression on 53 patients with CHD and 30 healthy individuals。Results PAC-1、CD 62P and CD 41a,which are the markers of platelet activation in patients with CHD patients, were obviously abnormal increase(P0.01),while CD 42b was significant decrease(P0.05).Conclusion Coronary heart disease patients with active platelet had pathological basis of the hypercoagulable state, which easily led to the formation of thrombus.
