Change and clinical significance of platelet surface glycoproteins CD 62P,CD 63 in patients with cerebrovascular disease

Objective: To study the relationship and clinical significance between the platelet surface glycoproteins CD 62P,CD 63 and the cerebrovascular disease.Methods:Platelet surface glycoprotein CD 62P,CD 63 in 248 patients with cerebrovascular disease and 38 normal person were measured by flow cytometry and monoclonal antibody.Results:The concentration of CD62P,CD63 in plasma in acute phase of cerebrovascular disease was elevated significantly as compared with that of controls (P0.01).The difference was significant in acute and relief phases(P0.01).However the difference was not significant in different position of cerebrovascular disease.Conclusion:The measurement of platelet surface glycoprotein CD 62P,CD 63 molecules in plasma has important help to diagnosis ,treatment,prevention of cerebrovascular disease.
