Determination of Astragaloside IV in Pingfengshengmai Capsules by HPLC-ELSD

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Pingfengshengmai capsules.Methods HPLC-ELSD method was developed for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Pingfengshengmai capsules.Results Astragaloside Ⅳ showed a good linear relationship at a range of 3.97～19.85 μg·L-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.10%with RSD of 1.90%.Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate,reproducible and accurate with a strong specificify,it provided a method for the quality control of Pingfengshengmai capsules.
