Determination of Astragaloside IV in HuangETongBi Capsules by HPLC-ELSD

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in HuangETongBi capsules.METHODS Astragaloside Ⅳ in HuangETongBi capsules was determined by HPLC-ELSD. RESULTS There was a good linearity between 1.00-30.06 μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 97.56%(RSD=2.44%,n=9).CONCLUSION The method for determination is simple,realiable and reproducible.The results showed that HPLC-ELSD is a good method for determination of AstragalosideⅣ in HuangETongBi capsules.
