Abstract
Objective To determine the encapsulation efficiency and the release rate of baicalin liposome. Methods The baicalin was separated with Sephadex G-50, and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results Baicalin liposome had a good linearity within the range of 4-20 μg·mL -1 ( r =0.999 4, n =6), the average recovery was 98.83%, RSD =2.26% . Conclusion This method is simple, accurate which can be used for the determination of encapsulation efficiency and release rate of baicalin liposome.
