Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the preparing technique of baicalin liposomes.METHODS Bacalin liposomes were prepared by reverse-phase evaporation,A reasonable criterion of accurate evaluation was established so that the best preparation technology is determined.RESULTS The optimized preparation conditions for baicalin phytosomes were obtained as follows:the ratio of aqueous phase to organic phase was 1 to 4.the dosage of phospholipid was 200mg.The ratio of phospholipid to cholesterin was 1 to 6.Baicalin concentration was 5 mg·mL-1.the mean diameter of liposomes was 178nm,envelopment percentage was 50.3%.RESULTS The optimized preparation is feasible and stable.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
