Abstract
Baicalin Liposome was prepared with the phospholipids by reverse-phase evaporation method. The concentration and entrapment efficiency of Baicalin Liposome was determined by UV and dialysis method respectively The optimum conditions were: m(EPC):m(CHOL)=4:1,m(organic phase):m(aqueous phase)=3:1,concentration of Baicalin 1.5mg/mL.The size distribution was symmetrical and the amount was large and the entrapment efficiency was 40.4%.
