Abstract
Objective To appraise the value of combined detection of multiple tumor markers of CA125,CA199,CA153,CEA in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods Thirty-nine cases of ovarian cancer and 51 cases of benign ovarian disease were tested by applying chemiluminescence immunoassay, and the relationship between the results and the clinical diagnosis was analyzed retrospectively. Results The levels of CA199,CA125,CA153 and CEA of malignant group were significantly higher than those of benign group(P0.01).Combined detection of the four tumor markers improved the sensitivity and accuracy of ovarian tumor diagnosis. Conclusion Combined detection of four tumor markers(CA199,CA125,CA153 and CEA)contributes to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
