The serum tumor markers combined application in diagnosis of ovarian cancer

Abstract

Objective To explore value of the serum tumor markers in early stage diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods Adopt the advanced electrochemistry luminescence law to carry on the tumor markers of ovarian cancer including of CA125,CA153,CA199,CEA and AFP etc.Results Testing the result indicates,it is optimum that the serum tumor markers CA125 in the malignant ovarian cancer diagnosis,and it positive rate is 90.0%.CA153,CA199 and AFP were higher than that in healthy group and the benign tumour group(P0.05).Conclusion The serum tumor markers combined measurenent can enhance the accurately rate of diagnoses,thus for early stage provides the active reference basis diagnosis.
