Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of sodium vanadate(SV) on the proliferation of NIH3T3 cell line at different concentration and duration. Methods: The cells were treated with different concentrations of SV and the proliferation of cells was detected by the method of MTT assay for different durations. Results: 0.1 μM of SC had no effect on proliferation of NIH3T3,1.010.0μM of SC enhanced the proliferation and 200 μM of SC promoted apoptosis,100 μM of SC had different effects for different druations. Conclusion: The exposure of NIH3T3 cells to SV leads to the proliferation or apoptosis depending on the dose-and time.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
