Reflections on Strengthening the Construction of Teaching Management Team in Universities

Teaching management,as one of the important services for teaching,in universities is a rather complex and systematic project,which is of great importance in value and function to ensure the universities' teaching quality.Meanwhile,the level,quality,and efficiency of teaching management is restricted and affected by numerous factors,one of which is diathesis and construction of teaching management team.This paper put forward some ideas to strengthen the management team in universities so as to promote teaching management quality,level and efficiency.
