Abstract

Local normal colleges and universities are all facing a big problem which is how to promote the effectiveness of the teaching management after the implementation of the secondary management. This paper probes into the ways and channels of the effective teaching management of local universities in the secondary management system and from the aspects of teaching process management,teaching evaluation and feedback aspects,in order to provide reference for other universities teaching operation management.
