Abstract
A high level teaching management of university is the guarantee to improve its teaching quality. Accornding to the quality that teaching management staffs should have and the problems arise in teaching management are concrete measures put forward to improve the innovative construction of university teaching management team: attaching importance to the teaching management team construction,optimizing the teaching management environment,strengthening the evaluate- incentive system,establishing the continue education system and adjusting psychological discomforts.
