Clinical Observation of Ximingting Combined with Estrogen in the Treatment of Women with Menopausal Syndrome

Objective To observe the efficacy of ximingting combined with estrogen in the treatment of woman with menopausal syndrome. Methods 90 cases of perimenopausal patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, which were the ximingting group, estrogen group and combining group. Observied the change of FSH、LH、E2 and the improvement degree of menopausal syndrome after used ximingting, nilestriol, ximingting add nilestriol for 6 months. Results 3 groups can obviously improve the symptoms (P0.01), after two groups can improve the level of serum hormone (P0.01), and the combined treatment group than estrogen group (P0.01). Conclusion Ximingting tablets combined with estrogen was efficacious in the treatment of woman with menopausal syndrome.
