Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of combined therapy on symptom improvement and serum estrogen level of patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with perimenopausal syndrome received combined therapy of psychological intervention and drug therapy for three months, the serum estrogen levels and Kupperman scores before and after treatment were compared. Results:The serum estradiol level of the patients increased from(57.94±22.90) pmol/L to(185.42±46.98) pmol/L,the levels of FSH and LH decreased significantly(P0.01),the clinical symptoms were significantly improved, the Kupperman score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P0.01).Conclusion:Combined therapy can improve the serum estrogen level of patients with perimenopausal syndrome and improve clinical symptoms.
