Abstract
Human resources development is of significance to China's economic and social development.Currently,based on China's reality of social and economic development,promotion of human resources development needs to master development opportunity.The opportunity of China's overall human resources development is embodied as follows,in developing idea,talent development thought brings opportunity to human resources development;in developing motive power,vitalizing China by science and education brings opportunity to human resources development;in developing trends,knowledge economy brings opportunity to human resources development;in developing space,WTO entry brings opportunity to human resources development;and in current task,construction of harmonious society brings opportunity to human resources development.
