Abstract

Along with the increasingly strengthened cognition on the strategic significance of the development of human resources throughout the world,the theoretical research on the development of human resources is being enhanced,and development of human resources is being carried out.In the whole world,some new tendencies have appeared in the development of human resources both in ideology and in practice.
