Abstract
Objective To study thromboplastin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen (FIB)in normal pregnant women and pregnant women in labor and clinical significance of their changes. Methods The blood PT,APTT,TT and FIB were detected by using Sysmex CA-500-type coagulometer in the plasma samples from both 135 cases of pregnant women in labor and 66 cases of normal women(control group). Results The PT was significantly lower in pregnant women in labor than that in the control group, with a significant difference between the two group(sP0.01),the TT and FIB were significantly higher in pregnant women in labor than those in the normal control group, with a significant difference between the two groups(P0.01),and there was no significant difference in the APTT between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion In the prenatal and delivery process,it is of great significance to monitor the blood coagulation indexes timely in predicting, preventing and treating abnormal bleeding of parturient women.
