Analysis of blood coagulation function in later pregnant women.

Objective To study the changes of main indexes of blood coagulation function of later pregnant women. Methods The blood coagulation function indexes in 150 later pregnant and 100 non-pregnant healthy women were determined by ACL-9000 system . Results Compared with those of control group , the levels of prothrombin time (PT), partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) in the pregnant women were significant shorter ,but the level of fibrinogen (FIB) increased obviously. Conclusions The various indexes of blood coagulation function in later pregnant women are different from those of non-pregnant women . It suggests that the coagulability of later pregnant women increased.
