Detection of Blood Coagulation Function in Terminal Pregnant Women and Its Clinical Significance

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of blood coagulation function detection in terminal pregnant women.Methods:Sysmex CA-1500 was applied to measuring plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(Fib) and international normalized ratio(INR) in 168 cases of terminal pregnant women(experiment group) and 55 cases of non-pregnant healthy women(control group),and then the results were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with those of control group,the level of PT,APTT and INR in experiment group were markedly lower,while Fib was significantly higher(all P 0.01).There were no significant difference of TT in two groups.Conclusions:As the blood of terminal pregnant women is in hypercoagulable state,the detection of coagulation indices is important to prevent and early treat complications during and after parturition.
