Oxymatrine Capsule combined Anluohuaxianwan in Treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis Clinical Observation of 36 cases

[Objective]To analysis of oxymatrine capsules combined Anluohuaxianwan in treatment of clinical curative effect of hepatic fibrosis.[Methods]71 cases outpatient and hospitalized patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly according to the clinic sequential number using random parallel control method.35 cases of the control group were cured by using export chemical fiber pills,and took according to the dose of 18g/d and 3/d.36 cases of the control group were cured by bitter ginseng capsules combined with export chemical fiber pills,bitter ginseng capsules were took orally according to the dose of 900mg/d and 3/d,export chemical fiber pills were took with the control group.Treatment for 6 consecutive months was 1 course of treatment.Then observated each basic indexes of liver fiber and the related indicators of liver function.And then judged curative effect after 1 course of treatment continuously.[Results]The observation group in the treatment of liver fibre each basic index and liver function of each index,showed significantly more improvement,the effect significantly,with statistical significance(P0.05).[Conclusion]Matrine combined Anluohuaxianwan in treatment of liver fibrosis in the overall effect is significant,it is worthy of clinical application.
