[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of Astragalus decoction combined with hepatic drug in liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,57 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups of numbers. A control group of 27 cases of liver Kang particles liver Kang particles 4g/,3 /d,oral. The control group cured 8 cases,effective in 7 cases,effective 3 cases,invalid 9cases,the total efficiency of 66.67%. The treatment group was better than control group P 0.05. The index of liver function were improved in two groups,the treatment group than the control group P 0.05.[Conclusion]Astragalus decoction combined with liver had significant therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B,and worthy of extensive promotion.
