Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on hepatic fibrosis after chronic hepatitis B treated with huaxian pills. Methods 120 cases were selected from the clinic and were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,60 cases in each one.In control group, the patients with abdominal liver function were treated conventionally with diammonium glycymhizinate capsules,3 capsules each time,3 times a day.In treatment group, the self-prepared huaxian pills were prescribed for oral administration. The treatment of 3 months made 1 session. The changes in serum indexes of liver function and hepatic fibrosis, the ultrasonic B test and the others were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results In treatment group,15 cases were remarkably effective,36 cases effective,9 cases failed and the total effective rate was 85.0%.In control group,8 cases were remarkably effective,32 cases effective,20 cases failed and the total effective rate was 66.7%.The comparison of the total effective rate was significantly different in statistics between two groups(P0.05).In terms of the indexes of liver function, hepatic fibrosis and the findings in ultrasonic B test before and after treatment, the results in treatment group were superior to those in control group, presenting statistical significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment with huaxian pills achieves a satisfactory efficacy on hepatic fibrosis after chronic hepatitis B and this therapy deserves having a clinical promotion and a deep study.
