Abstract
The discrimination problem in employment highlights a dilemmatic situation between the malfunction of the market regulation and the flaw of the government control. The economic law, which manifests the idea of government permeation into the market, exactly regards the interaction structure of the market and government as the usual way to analyze and settle the social problem. Therefore, solving the discrimination problem with the economic law is doubtlessly a very good plan. The establishment of the bi-directional linkage adjustment mechanism of the counter-discrimination,which conforms to the essence of the modern economic law, will become the ideal choice to solve the discrimination problem.
