On Development Buildup of Economic Law with Chinese Characteristics-A Study Basing on Dual Property of Economic Law

Dual property of Economic Law refers to the natural property and social property.The former roots in the rule of market economy,including the features of equity,construction,economy,as well as power-control;The latter roots in the condition and legal culture of a country,Economic Law in various countries show different social attributes,as strong responsive,openness and co-ordination is the characterization of Chinese Economic Law.Economic Law must be consistent with a country's national condition and culture,which is the inherent requirement of the dual property of Economic Law.On the base of the study on the dual property of Economic Law,to better our country's reform on economic system and economic construction,we can do the theory carding of Economic Law research,build and improve a system of Economic Law,which is relatively stable,self-consistent,and in line with our national condition.
