Abstract
Since its birth, the economic law, which reflects the way how the government interferes and controls the market, has been in close connection with the country and the market. The economic law sets its duty at the place that can easily get out of the hand of market and government.Since employment-discrimination actually results from the malfunction of the market and the flaw of the government control,it is an ideal choice to solve the problem of employment-discrimination through economic law.
