Abstract

Besides the relations of macro-adjusting, market regulating, etc, the adjustable object of Economic Law should involve the relation of servicing for market.Since China joins the WTO, the functions of government are also changing. Servicing for market means that the state and medi-body provide all kinds of convenience during the process of market operation. In fact, it is quite necessary to establish the law of market service which has its own object and principle and system, which is becoming a branch of the Economic Law.
