Discussion on the Material Incentive and Spiritual Incentive

This paper expounds the generation mechanism of the incentive, probes into the correspondence of the requirement levels and the incentive contents, discusses emphatically the problem of the combination of the material incentive and spiritual incentive, and points out that the spiritual incentive should progressively occupy a leading position.
