Abstract

Viewing from the middle-level management's demand of humanity, the article investigates the importance of moral incentive for middle-level management of enterprise and analyzes its feasibility. Some suggestions are provided as well from different aspects, such as the establishment of incentive system, the combination of material incentive and moral incentive, etc.
