Abstract
An effective incentive mechanism is an organic system,but not a simple choice and use of one or several incentive means. It is a uniform,reasonable and effective system of combining various appropriate incentive means,taking different incentive environments and targets into account. In the knowledge economy,the major incentive means of enterprises are administrative,financial and Psychological incentives.
