Abstract
Objective:To explore pulling manipulation combination of acupuncture team cervical vertigo and vertebrobasilar artery blood flow.Methods:60 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 patients.Patients were given intravenous injection Shuxuening Huoxuetongluo based on the treatment group were asked rotary positioning elbow pulling manipulation combined with acupuncture, acupoints with Baihui(DU20),Fengchi(GB20),Taiyang(EX-HN5),posterior temporal line, cervical JIAJI(EX-B2)etc;the control group were treated by acupuncture methods, two groups were compared. Results:The cure 33.3%,total effective rate 93.3%;control group was 10.0%,total effective rate 70.0%,two groups the difference was statistically significant(P0.01),highlight the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:The elbow positioning Rotating Pulling Manipulation with acupuncture therapy has good treatment of cervical vertigo.
