Abstract
Objective:To discuss the curative effect of the Doppler instrument on the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods: The 319 cases with cervical vertigo were diveded into three groups, 120 cases among the total were treated with acupuncture(acupuncture group), 99 cases were treated with manipulation (manipulation group), 100 cases were treated without any disposal (control group). Using the Doppler instrument to detect the hemodynamics change of arteria vertebralis and basilar artery before and after treatment. Result: After acupuncture and manipulation the blood flow rate had obviously changed both, the pulsation index(PI) descended, and the blood flow rate increased, were significantly different after statistics treatment(P0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and manipulation on thetreatment of cervical vertigo is effective.
