Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus cerebral rehabilitation apparatus on vertigo in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods Ninety patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,45 cases in each.In the treatment group, patients were treated by acupuncture and cerebral rehabilitation apparatus, and the patients in the control group only received medication treatment. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 2 treatment sessions.Result In comparison of the improvement of vertigo, the difference was not significant between the two groups(P0.05).However,compared to the medication control, the treatment group had less adverse effects. Conclusion With tiny little adverse effect,it is effective in treating cervical vertigo with acupuncture plus cerebral rehabilitation apparatus.
