Abstract
With seeds of hybrid rice parent line V20B used as experimental material, the study is focused on the effect of exogenous GA3 and ABA on germination of hybrid rice seeds. The results showed that seed germination was significantly promoted by 50~110 mg/L GA3,but was restrained by 70~110 mg/L ABA.Physiological and biochemical analysis indicated that α-amylases activity, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, and phytohormones were affected in different degrees by exogenous GA3 and ABA during seed germination.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
