Abstract
Treating with exogenous GA3,ABA on seed and parents hybride rice to study different exogenous on change of Endogenous Content in Parents Hybrid Rice Preharvest Sprouting and Seed Germination.The results showed that exogenous GA3 promoted endogenous GA3 content and the ratio of GA3/ABA to increase,and decrease exogenous ABA,IAAcontent.Exogenous ABA made endogenous ABA content increase,decreased exogenous GA3,IAAcontent,and leaded to the ratio of GA3/ABA decreased.Between seed germinating and preharvest sprouting,effect on GA3 content and ratio of GA3/ABA of the former was less than of the latter,hower,germination rate of the former was more than the latter.It indicated that the physiological process of preharvest sprouting in parent hybrid rice was more complex than seed germinating.
